3. Return and Refund Policy
All sales are strictly final. We maintain a strict No Refund policy, with the sole exception of items that are proven to be defective upon arrival.
- Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within three (3) days of receiving the product.
- Process: To initiate a return for a defective item, you must contact our support team with proof of purchase and clear photographic evidence of the defect.
- Resolution: Upon verifying the defect, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement of the identical item or issue a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect product selection.
