Role: Seargent Solutions provided a comprehensive technological overhaul ranging from communication infrastructure to a full-stack e-commerce and logistics platform.

Key Deliverables:

  • Integrated Call Center & CRM:Implemented a Yeastar PBX system fully integrated with Zoho CRM to unify sales and support channels.
    • Features: Configured Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) to route calls efficiently.
    • Oversight: Enabled real-time agent monitoring, call whispering, and detailed performance reporting for management3.
    • Infrastructure: Handled hardware installation including Yeastar P560 systems, IP phones, and network cabling4.
  • Smart Gas Digital Platform (Phase 1 & 2):Developed a robust digital ecosystem using React.js (frontend) and Laravel (backend) to transition the client into a digital-first LPG provider.
    • Cylinder Management: Created a backend system to track gas cylinders via serial numbers/QR codes and log refill history.
    • E-Commerce & PWA: Built a Progressive Web App allowing customers to order gas, schedule deliveries, and pay via M-PESA or Paystack
    • Customer Retention: Integrated a loyalty points system and automated refill reminders (SMS/Email) to drive recurring sales.
    • Logistics: Deployed a dedicated delivery agent dashboard for real-time order dispatching and status tracking .
